At VELOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your watch, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Watches that have been worn or show signs of use cannot be returned. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.
