Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse and delivered via tracked international courier.

Australia: 7–12 business days New Zealand: 8–14 business days United States & Canada: 10–16 business days United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at admin@veloxwatches.com.au and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund if the item is confirmed lost in transit.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VELOX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at admin@veloxwatches.com.au and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
