By accessing or purchasing from veloxwatches.com.au, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

This website is operated by VELOX. Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to VELOX. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to Australian addresses is 7–12 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and is available at veloxwatches.com.au. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of VELOX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELOX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
